But second, let’s say you do pass their background check, then this is just one more reason why your proposal needs to stand out from all of the others that are being submitted.

Can Clients Change Feedback On Upwork?
This is one of those aspects of working online that people don’t realize until they’ve been burned a few times. The client is always right, but only because Upwork doesn’t want you to speak up about anything negative!
For example, let’s say a client gives you a bad review for no good reason and then threatens to leave even more negative feedback if you don’t provide them with a refund. This isn’t really a strict limit, but it’s best not to send more than three offers in one day because potential clients are far less likely to take each proposal seriously. If they receive too many messages, they might mark your account as spam or delete all of the proposals without looking at them – which is not good for business!
